Vanderbilt Health seeks a Director of Development for Children’s Health to grow a mid-level donor portfolio and advance annual and multi-year gifts. You will cultivate relationships with families and community leaders, aligning priorities with Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital needs and collaborating with clinical leadership.

Travel and evening/weekend availability are often required as you expand the donor pipeline and engage major gift prospects through targeted campaigns and stewardship.

Formación

• Ability to convey commitment and professional representation of the Medical Center.
• Experience making cold calls and face-to-face solicitations.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple diverse constituencies.
• Strong written communications with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a portfolio of mid-level donors and secure annual and multi-year gifts.
• Identify and engage new prospective donors within the Nashville community and beyond.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership to uncover funding priorities and align donor interests.
• Partner with gift officers to transition mid-level donors into major gifts.
• Utilize data analytics and CRM tools to track prospect activity and next steps.
• Oversee comprehensive stewardship plans and donor communications.
