Qualifications

• Two Years of Triage Experience Preferred
• One Year of RN Experience Strongly Preferred
• Education Associate's Degree Nursing required or Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred
• Licenses and Credentials Registered Nurse - State License
• Experience Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required
• Familiarity with practical nursing and patient care
• Knowledge of care for various age groups and medical terminology
• Strong communication and triage skills

Responsibilities

• Interpreting the plan of medical care and assessing nursing decisions.
• Maintain accurate reports and records.
• Administer medications and monitor for reactions.
• Record medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, report symptoms or changes in patient condition.
• Coordinate with healthcare team to plan and evaluate care.
• Modify treatment plans based on patient response and conditions
