Job summary

Mass General Brigham Community Physicians, Inc. is seeking a full-time Triage RN to support pediatric services at the Andover location. The role combines phone triage and in-person nurse visits within a busy outpatient setting.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with shared weekend rotation roughly every 6–8 weeks. Onsite duties include direct patient care, assessments, and education for patients and families.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's Degree Nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree Nursing preferred.
• Licenses: Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Experience: 0–1 year clinical nursing; ambulatory/outpatient experience 1–2 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care and support in outpatient settings.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans; assist procedures.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-procedure care.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Administer medications, perform IV therapy, and maintain accurate records.
• Uphold infection control protocols and ensure patient and staff safety.
