The ideal candidate will hold an Alabama RN license (or multi-state via NLC), BLS certification, and an ASN. The position operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, on the Main Campus.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Alabama (single-state or multi-state via NLC).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• ASN required; BSN preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide triage and return emergent calls for the division during business hours.
• Assess and treat pediatric GI patients according to clinic protocols.
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and support staff.
• Document interactions in the patient care system.
