Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Valid state dental license or ability to obtain licensure in Ohio.
• General Dentists with 1-2 years of experience preferred; recent graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to providing quality dental care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to connect with children, teens, and families.
• Strong commitment to creating positive patient experiences.
• Moderate Sedation Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care for children and teens.
• Perform examinations, treatment planning, and patient consultations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s needs.
• Educate patients and families on proper oral hygiene and preventive care.
