You will work alongside pediatric specialists and clinical teams to deliver preventive, restorative, and family-focused dentistry.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Valid state dental license or ability to obtain licensure in Mississippi.
• General Dentists with 1–2 years of experience preferred; recent graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to providing quality dental care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to connect with children, teens, and families.
• Strong commitment to creating positive patient experiences.
• Ability to manage a diverse patient population and adapt care based on individual patient needs.
• Moderate Sedation Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care for children and teens, including preventive, restorative, and diagnostic services.
• Perform examinations, treatment planning, and patient consultations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s needs.
• Educate patients and families on proper oral hygiene and preventive dental care.
• Create a comfortable, positive, and welcoming experience for every patient.
• Deliver high-quality dental procedures while maintaining excellent clinical standards.
• Collaborate with pediatric dentists, specialists, and support teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation according to regulatory standards.
• Stay current with advancements in dental techniques and technology through continuing education.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and community outreach initiatives
