Kids Dental Brands in Flagstaff, AZ is seeking a compassionate Associate General Dentist to provide comprehensive dental care for children and teens. You will work alongside pediatric dentists and clinical teams in a mission-driven environment that emphasizes preventative care and patient comfort.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Valid state license in Arizona or eligibility to obtain.
• 1–2 years of general dentistry experience preferred; new grads welcome.
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to quality care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with families and children.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care for children and teens.
• Perform exams, treatment planning, and patient consultations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Educate patients and families on oral hygiene and preventive care.
• Create a welcoming, positive experience for every patient.
• Collaborate with pediatric dentists and support staff.
• Maintain accurate patient records per regulations.
• Stay current with dental techniques through continuing education.
• Participate in team meetings and community outreach.
