Job summary

West Coast Dental Administrative Services LLC in Riverside, CA seeks a General Dentist focused on Pediatrics. This role offers a guaranteed base plus production-based compensation, with opportunities across Southern California offices and a patient-rich practice.

You will work with a collaborative team, enjoy modern equipment and comprehensive benefits, and have the chance to contribute to pediatric care and growth within a large, established organization.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree required.
• Active California State Dental Board license required.
• Nitrous Sedation Certification required.
• Active Malpractice Insurance required.
• DEA, CPR and NPI are required.
• Oral Conscious Sedation Certification preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Great interaction with patients to promote trust and the optimal patient experience.
• Collaborating with an entire office team to promote trust, connection and relationship with patients and one-another.
• Understanding how PPO, HMO, and other dental plans work to optimize patient benefits.
• Proactively addressing patient concerns and providing insight and comfort to patients regarding their dental treatment.
