Job summary

West Coast Dental is seeking a General Dentist focused on Pediatrics to join our Southern California practice. You will deliver pediatric dental care in a collaborative team, ensuring exceptional patient experiences.

Ideal candidates hold a DDS/DMD, California licensure, nitrous sedation certification, and malpractice insurance. DEA, CPR, and NPI are required; oral conscious sedation is preferred but not mandatory. We offer state-of-the-art offices with strong back-office support.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree required.
• Active California State Dental Board license required.
• Nitrous Sedation Certification required.
• Active malpractice insurance required.
• DEA, CPR and NPI are required.
• Oral Conscious Sedation certification preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients to promote trust and a great patient experience.
• Collaborate with the office team to build connections and patient rapport.
• Understand PPO, HMO, and other dental plans to optimize patient benefits.
• Address patient concerns and provide comfort regarding treatment.
