Job summary

Inova Children’s is seeking an experienced Pediatric Gastroenterologist to join our growing pediatric team on a full‑time basis. This role supports a nationally recognized children’s health system and contributes to the expansion of comprehensive pediatric specialty care in Northern Virginia.

Qualifications

Doctor of Medicine degree from an accredited institution.
Board eligible or board certified in Pediatric Gastroenterology.
Successful completion of pediatric residency and pediatric gastroenterology fellowship.
Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in Virginia.
BLS certification upon start.
Ability to complete credentialing by third‑party payors and CMS enrollment.
Credentialing for Medical Staff membership and privileges.

Responsibilities

Provide pediatric gastroenterology clinical care to newborns, children and adolescents.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive pediatric care.
Contribute to growth and expansion of specialty services within Inova Children’s.
Participate in credentialing and sign‑on/relocation processes as applicable.
