Job summary

Inova Children’s is seeking a dedicated Board-Certified Child Neurologist to join our growing pediatric team in Northern Virginia. This full-time role offers a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance as part of our comprehensive pediatric specialty program.

We seek expertise across fetal-neonatal neurology, epilepsy, neuromuscular, headache, concussion/TBI, and neuro-oncology, with collaboration across Neurosurgery, Neuropsychology, Neuroimaging, Genetics, and Psychiatry.

Qualifications

• MD from an accredited medical school.
• Board eligible or board certified in Child Neurology.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Pediatric Neurology residency.
• Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Virginia.
• BLS certification required at start.
• Ability to complete payer credentialing and enroll as CMS Medicare/Medicaid payor.
• Credentialing for Medical Staff membership and privileges.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient consultative services and hospital-based care.
• Participate in multidisciplinary pediatric care teams.
• Opportunities to teach medical students and residents.
