Inova Health System’s Inova L.J. Murphy Children’s Hospital in Northern Virginia seeks a dedicated Pediatric Gastroenterologist to join our growing pediatric team. This full-time opportunity includes competitive compensation and a sign-on bonus along with relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Education: Doctor of Medicine degree from an accredited institution.
• Board eligible or board certified in Pediatric Gastroenterology.
• Successful completion of pediatric residency and ACGME-accredited Pediatric Gastroenterology fellowship.
• Current unrestricted medical license in Virginia.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) upon start.
• CMS Medicare/Medicaid payer credentialing ability.
• Credentialing for Medical Staff membership and clinical privileges.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Doctor of Medicine degree from an accredited institution
• Board Certification: Board eligible or board certified in Pediatric Gastroenterology
• Training: Successful completion of pediatric residency program and successful completion of ACGME‑accredited Pediatric Gastroenterology fellowship
• Licensure: Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Virginia
• Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) upon start
• Payer Credentialing: Ability to successfully complete the credentialing process by third‑party payors and ability to enroll as a CMS Medicare/Medicaid payor
• Medical Staff Credentialing: Successful completion of credentialing for Medical Staff membership and appropriate clinical privileges sufficient to perform all required services
