Job summary

Akron Children's in Ohio is seeking a pediatric gastroenterologist to join a collaborative, academically driven division of 12 pediatric gastroenterologists and 7 nurse practitioners. You will provide comprehensive clinical care and contribute to teaching and research in a child-centered environment.

Requirements include MD or DO, board certification by the American Board of Pediatrics and board eligibility/certification in Pediatric Gastroenterology, and the ability to obtain an Ohio medical

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board certification by the American Board of Pediatrics and board eligibility/certification in Pediatric Gastroenterology.
• Ability to obtain an active Ohio medical license.

Responsibilities

• Join a collaborative, academically driven team of pediatric GI specialists dedicated to clinical care, education and research.
• Provide comprehensive clinical care for children with GI, liver, pancreatic and nutritional disorders.
• Mentor and educate pediatric residents, medical students and GI fellows and contribute to the division's academic mission.
