Job summary

Mass General Brigham’s Spaulding Outpatient Center for Children in Lexington, MA seeks a Front Desk Admin to support pediatric rehabilitation services, handling scheduling, patient check-in/out, and daily administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Healthcare office experience is preferred but not required (0–1 year).
• Experience in a pediatric office environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine administrative and clerical duties relating to a clinical service or physician practice office.
• Make patient appointments and maintain appointment records.
• Greet and assist patients and answer telephones.
• Process patient billing forms and scan documents to patient medical records.
• May monitor patients in waiting room and assist with information needs.
