HealthFirst Family Care Center, Inc. in Fall River, MA is hiring a Pediatric Floor Nurse (LPN) for a full-time role.

You will room patients, take vital signs, perform point-of-care testing, and triage while coordinating with providers and handling prior authorizations and EMR documentation. The ideal candidate has MA LPN licensure, 2+ years in a CHC, BLS/CPR, EMR experience, and bilingual skills in English, Spanish, and Portuguese; CORI background clearance required.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts LPN license required.
• 2+ years LPN experience in a Community Health Center preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Current credentialing as required by licensing boards.
• EMR experience required.
• Bilingual: English/Spanish/Portuguese preferred.
• CORI release form and background clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Room patients in person and virtually and document encounters.
• Assess vitals and perform point-of-care testing.
• Triage and communicate results to providers; assist with prior authorizations.
• Prescribe refills and coordinate labs/tests access with providers.
• Document exams and procedures accurately in the EMR and support the PCP.
