Job summary

HealthFirst Family Care Center, Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Pediatric Floor Nurse (LPN) to join a fast-paced, diverse team in Fall River, MA. You will room patients, take vital signs, perform point-of-care testing, and communicate with providers about any abnormal findings.

Responsibilities include triage, refills, and ensuring access to labs and records, with careful documentation in the EMR. The role emphasizes compassionate care for pediatric and family patients, with opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Massachusetts LPN license required.
• 2+ years of LPN experience in a Community Health Center is a strong plus.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Credentialing as required by licensing boards.
• Bilingual in English, Spanish and Portuguese preferred.
• EMR experience required.
• Familiarity with diverse cultural backgrounds.
• CORI release and clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Room patients in person and virtually; vital sign assessment; POC testing.
• Assess patients and advise provider of abnormal findings; triage.
• Coordinate with staff for prior authorizations and prescriptions.
• Ensure labs, results, and hospital records accessible to the provider.
• Document encounters and procedures accurately in the EMR.
