Job summary

Pediatric Home Service is seeking full-time Day or Night Float Nurses to support hospital discharges and provide skilled nursing coverage in homes across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex.

Roles require 3 years pediatric home health experience, current Texas RN or LVN license, and CPR certification. Nurses will travel across the metro area, working 3 twelve-hour shifts per week, with schedules including weekends and no overtime.

Qualifications

• Current Texas Nursing License (RN or LVN) in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of pediatric nursing and home health experience.
• CPR certification required; PALS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support hospital discharges and provide coverage in homes across the metroplex.
• Float to homes needing skilled nursing support.
• Work with a variety of patients, technologies, and care needs.
• Build relationships with families while delivering high-impact, one-on-one care.
