Pediatric Home Service in Minneapolis–St. Paul is seeking an experienced pediatric RN to join our Hospital to Home team.

This full-time role requires overnight and weekend shifts, with travel across Minnesota as needed, delivering expert care to medically complex children as they transition from hospital to home. As a float nurse, you’ll educate families, collaborate with clinicians, and provide compassionate, one-on-one care in home settings.

Qualifications

• Active RN license with at least 3 years of pediatrics experience, including care for medically complex children.
• Willingness to work overnight and weekend shifts and travel within Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Care for medically complex children transitioning from hospital to home.
• Educate families and coordinate with clinicians to ensure safe home transitions.
• Provide compassionate, one-on-one nursing care on a rotating schedule.
