Job summary

North Texas Therapy & Home Care is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide pediatric therapy in home or daytime clinic settings. You will assess, diagnose, and treat 0-21 year olds, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve individualized goals.

Requirements include a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Texas license, CCC-SLP, and pediatric/home health experience. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; valid driver's license is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CCC-SLP certification required.
• Texas state licensure required.
• Experience in pediatrics required.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Feeding experience required.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled speech therapy services in the home or daytime facility for patients aged 0-21, 2+ times per week, per physician orders.
• Define degree and type of impairment and select appropriate testing instruments.
• Interpret diagnostic data and prepare written reports.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to plan goals and advise on therapy modalities.
• Plan and modify care to meet therapy goals.
• Educate staff, caregivers and patients via training materials and in-service programs.
• May supervise Clinical Fellows or SLPA if 3+ years of experience.
