Corewell Health’s Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital seeks a Psychologist to lead the Intensive Feeding Program as Program Director, providing clinical leadership, program strategy, and staff development for pediatric feeding care.

This role partners with the Medical Director and the Mary Freebed Rehabilitation Hospital collaboration to advance patient-centered outcomes, oversee interdisciplinary teams, and ensure high-quality services for children and families.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Psychology from an accredited program.
• Experience in pediatric psychology or feeding disorders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and support quality improvement initiatives.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and program direction for the Intensive Feeding Program.
• Oversee clinical processes and monitor outcomes.
• Mentor staff and develop training across disciplines.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and the Mary Freebed partnership.
