Job summary

Stryker Corporation is looking for a Licensed Psychologist in Hershey, PA, to join our team focused on pediatric feeding. This outpatient role requires experience with children ages 0–18, especially those with neurodevelopmental disabilities like autism.

The candidate will collaborate closely with Speech, Nutrition, and Pediatric GI teams and will manage a caseload of approximately 5 patients. The position also offers opportunities for teaching, mentorship, and participation in clinical care, research, and community outreach.

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychologist with experience in pediatric feeding and eating disorders.
• Comfortable working in an interdisciplinary outpatient setting.
• Ability to manage a steady caseload of approximately 5 patients.

Responsibilities

• Work with a high-volume population of children with feeding disorders.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including Speech and Nutrition.
• Supervise master's level therapists and mentor trainees.

Skills

Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)

Experience in pediatric populations

Clinical background in feeding disorders

Experience with neurodevelopmental disabilities

Strong administrative and organizational skills

Excellent communication skills
