Job summary

Miami Children’s Hospital is seeking a full-time RN Emergency Services to provide comprehensive care to Pediatric Emergency and Level I Trauma patients. This position requires strong nursing skills, effective communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while upholding quality standards.

The ideal candidate must hold a valid RN Licensure in Florida, maintain certifications in CPR and PALS, and have experience in pediatric care. Shift will be during nights, offering impactful patient care to those in need.

Responsibilities

• Assess and oversee plans of care for Pediatric Emergency and Trauma patients.
• Communicate patient progress to medical staff.
• Provide critical patient care including IVs and medication administration.
• Complete thorough patient assessments and discharge planning.
• Respond to emergency codes and document accurately.

Pediatric emergency room experience

Registered Nurse Licensure in Florida

CPR BLS Certification
