Job summary

The role requires RN licensure, BLS certification, and a commitment to pursuing a BSN within four years; night shifts with a differential apply. Excellent patient care and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by the state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the NLC.
• AHA BLS certification prior to end of orientation period.
• Commitment to enroll in a baccalaureate nursing degree within one year and complete within four years.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for a designated group of pediatric patients.
• Develop and execute a written plan of nursing care including education and discharge planning.
• Document care provided and patient progress; collaborate with medical staff on patient care.
