Qualifications

• Masters degree in social work, counseling, marriage & family therapy, psychology or related behavioral health field.
• Two years of post-master’s mental health experience; must be eligible to be added to insurance panels.
• Must hold current AZ license (LCSW, LPC or LMFT) and DPS Fingerprint Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive psychosocial assessments for management of health issues.
• Develop patient-centered treatment plans to improve health outcomes.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions and engage families.
• Coordinate care with medical staff and insurance reviewers.
• Maintain clinical documentation to support care and billing.
