Responsibilities

• Identify need for, obtain and document patient vital signs accurately.
• Recognize and report changes in vital signs or patient condition to supervising clinician.
• Set up, monitor and document use of monitoring equipment with alarm limits.
• Assist with patient flow and prepare examination areas to receive patients.
• Provide comfort and support to patients and families and maintain a safe environment.
