Memorial Healthcare System seeks a Nurse Practitioner to provide evidence-based care in inpatient and outpatient settings under physician supervision. The role includes history taking, exams, procedures, and multidisciplinary collaboration to plan and deliver comprehensive care.

You will counsel patients, maintain records across modalities, and participate in rounds to identify problems and determine diagnostic or therapeutic steps, with a focus on health promotion and preventive care.

Qualificações

• Master's degree and NP licensure are required.
• Active Florida APRN licensure and related certifications are expected.
• Basic life support (BLS) certification is required.
• ATLS is required for trauma roles; ACLS/PALS may be required depending on area.
• National NP certification is required for pediatrics/adult practice.

Responsabilidades

• Obtain complete medical history and perform comprehensive and focused physical examinations.
• Maintain complete and accurate records of contacts with patients in person, virtually or by phone.
• Execute diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as indicated.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to provide diagnostic, therapeutic and preventive care.
• Instruct and counsel patients on health promotion and maintenance.
• Organize and present data on rounds to guide care decisions.
• Provide follow-up and health maintenance based on standards of care.
