Job summary

Memorial Healthcare System is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide evidence-based care in inpatient and outpatient settings under physician supervision. The role includes conducting histories and physicals, ordering diagnostics, and developing plans of care with a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate will have Florida APRN licensure, a Master's degree, and current BLS certification. ACLS/PALS may be required depending on area, and privileging/credentialing are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required to practice as a Nurse Practitioner.
• APRN license valid in Florida required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS may be required for trauma areas.
• National NP certification required for pediatrics/adult practice.
• Experience privileging/credentialing required or 7 years APP experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic, therapeutic and preventive care under physician supervision.
• Perform comprehensive/focused physical examinations and health history.
• Organize and present data to the healthcare team for clinical decisions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and provide health maintenance instructions.
