Job summary

Qualifications

• All RNs without a Bachelor's degree must enroll in an RN to BSN within two years.
• Current Virginia RN licensure or eligible compact-state licensure.
• AHA BLS Healthcare Provider certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Delivers and accurately documents direct, age-specific care to a patient or group of patients.
• Safely administers prescribed medications, identifying incompatibilities and interactions.
• Follows physician/licensed independent provider orders within regulatory standards.
• Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to implement a patient-centered plan of care.
