Job summary

UCP of Western Massachusetts is looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our Early Intervention team in North Adams, MA. This full-time position focuses on assessing and treating infants and toddlers with developmental delays, offering flexibility and the chance to make a significant impact on young lives.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in good standing with Massachusetts Board.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with electronic documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat children with developmental delays.
• Collaborate with families to create individualized service plans.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs).
