Position Highlights:
UCP is hiring! As a licensed Occupational Therapist with UCP’s Early Intervention team, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the development of infants and toddlers (birth to age 3) through home- and community-based services. You’ll assess and treat children with delays in fine motor, sensory, perceptual, and self-care skills, while collaborating with families and a multidisciplinary team to create individualized service plans. Your work will include feeding therapy, equipment adaptation, and supervision of COTAs, all within the framework of Massachusetts DPH Early Intervention standards.
