Harmony Pediatric Dentistry in Gresham and Sandy, OR, is hiring a Full-Time Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA). The role includes travel between local offices, EFDA-certified restorations, radiography, and pediatric chairside support.

Applicants should have at least 3 years of dental assisting experience, EFDA and RHS certifications, and active BLS/CPR. Open Dental familiarity is a plus, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of dental assisting experience (pediatric preferred).
• Valid EFDA and Radiology Health & Safety (RHS) certifications required.
• Active BLS/CPR certification (recertification paid by employer).
• Familiarity with Open Dental software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Expanded Functions clinical assisting for pediatric patients.
• Take digital dental X-rays (RHS) efficiently and comfortably.
• Assist during sedation and special needs care scenarios.
• Prepare, sterilize, and turnover operatory per CDC/OSHA/ADA standards.
• Foster a fun and comforting patient experience with high energy.
