Job summary

The General Hospital Corporation Mass General Brigham is seeking an experienced administrator to oversee Pediatric Education Programs under the direction of the Vice Chair of Education and residency leaders. You will manage coordinators, ensure ACGME compliance, and coordinate program evaluations and reports.

Responsibilities include developing curricula, maintaining accreditation, budgeting for education, and supporting trainee records, with a focus on efficiency and high-quality medical

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills are required.
• Experience coordinating educational programs and trainee records is preferred.
• Familiarity with ACGME accreditation processes and reporting requirements is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serves as central resource for educational activities within MGBfC.
• Continually assesses and manages programmatic issues, curricula development, long-range planning, and initiatives.
• Coordinates department-wide educational events and meetings as directed by the Vice Chair of Education.
• Prepares meeting agendas, materials, and submits reports to GME and ACGME for required committees.
• Tracks deadlines and projects to ensure on-time completion.
• Trains new coordinators on recruitment processes, ERAS, NRMP, and related systems.
• Assists Program Directors with trainee compliance and academic requirements.
