Medical City Dallas is seeking a Pediatric ED Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN - Supervisor. The role leads a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered pediatric emergency care.

You will support admissions, discharges, and service improvements while guiding staff performance and scheduling. The position requires RN license and BSN, with certifications in ACLS, BCLS, ENPC, PALS, and TNCC, plus at least 1 year of pediatric emergency department

Qualifications

• Current RN license and BSN required for ED leadership.
• Certifications in ACLS, BCLS, ENPC, PALS, and TNCC are required or must be obtained.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience in Pediatric Emergency Department.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate, evaluate, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Partner with leadership to support improved outcomes and service.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance.
