Job summary

Medical City Dallas is seeking a Pediatric ED Clinical Nurse Coord RN - Supervisor to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinate unit functions. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient flow and outcomes.

You will collaborate with leadership to improve processes, provide coaching to staff, and assist with admissions, discharges, and scheduling. A BSN and RN license are required, with 1+ year experience in Pediatric Emergency.

Qualifications

• ACLS certification required.
• BLS within 30 days of start date.
• ENPC within 18 months of start date.
• PALS required.
• TNCC within 18 months of start date.
• RN with BSN; RN license required; minimum 1 year RN experience in Pediatric Emergency Dept; Charge RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care with a multidisciplinary team.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Partner with leadership to support improved outcomes and service.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling.
