Integration Health seeks a Pediatric ECMO Specialist to join our Tacoma ECMO program. This on-site role entails setup and initiation of ECMO support, collaboration with executives, hospital leadership, and ECMO medical directors to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, respiratory care or perfusion technology is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Set up, prime, blood-prime and initiate ECMO support.
• Identify and diagnose ECMO circuit issues and provide safe corrective actions.
• Review patient records and make recommendations aligned with physician orders.
• Participate in ECMO didactic and simulation education sessions.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership and ECMO directors on quality initiatives.
• Maintain professionalism and effective communication with all team members and families.
