Criterion Child Enrichment, Inc. is seeking an Early Intervention Developmental Specialist to deliver services to families with children birth to 3 years, in home, centers, and community settings.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 300 practicum hours, strong computer skills, a valid driver’s license, and a commitment to parent coaching within a multidisciplinary team. The program supports diverse families and emphasizes coordinated family service plans.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree with a major or concentration in infants and toddlers, early childhood education, special education or child studies.
• 300 hours of practicum or work experience with children under five years of age.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365 including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Ability to use computer-based technology including a computer/laptop and cell phone
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all areas of infant-toddler development.
• Utilize a parent coaching model in work with families.
• Participate in screenings, assessments, child groups, parent groups, center visits, and home visits as a member of a trans-disciplinary team.
• Provide home-based services to families across the catchment area.
• Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services for families including child care providers, medical providers, social service agencies, and specialty providers serving children with autism or hearing/vision loss.
• Provide service coordination to assigned caseload including coordinating the development, monitoring, and review of the Individual Family Service Plan.
