Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Certified/ Licensed Social Worker (LCSW/LICSW) required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Current driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Participate in multidisciplinary team assessments of the client’s developmental status.
• Provide direct child development services and activities for 0–3 years and families.
• Develop an IFSP with goals, objectives, and strategies for child development.
• Complete progress notes, reports, assessments, and correspondence.
• Provide individual and group intervention for infants and toddlers with delays or risks.
• Assess family and child strengths, needs, and progress.
• Act as service coordinator scheduling, implementing, and monitoring the intervention plan.
• Provide supportive professional assistance to families.
• Facilitate parent-child interactions to support development and advocacy.
