Job summary

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts.
• Two years of pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe and Office365 tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual/bicultural candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of infant-toddler development.
• Use a parent coaching model with families.
• Participate in screenings, assessments, and group activities as part of a trans-disciplinary team.
• Provide home-based services to families across the catchment area.
• Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services.
• Provide service coordination for assigned caseload and IFSP development, monitoring, and reviews.
