Job summary

Thom Child & Family Services in Springfield, MA seeks an Occupational Therapist for Early Intervention to deliver home and community-based services to infants and toddlers with developmental delays. You will partner with families using a coaching model to create individualized, meaningful plans that respect family culture and priorities.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, document progress in the Thom system, and support families through early intervention goals and strategies.

Qualifications

• Current MA Occupational Therapist licensure or eligibility
• Experience with Early Intervention required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team

Responsibilities

• Participate in multidisciplinary assessments of developmental status
• Assess family and child strengths and needs
• Provide child and family centered services for birth to three
• Develop and monitor IFSP goals and strategies
• Coordinate intervention plans and timelines
• Document progress notes and reports in Thom system
• Deliver individual and group interventions for infants and toddlers
