Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago seeks a Division Administrator I to lead divisional operations within the Department of Pediatrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health administration or related field required; Master’s preferred.
• 1–3 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in healthcare operations or related areas.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage division and program operating and capital budgets.
• Oversee clinical activity, ambulatory care access and revenue capture.
• Manage division research grant portfolio and nonprofit/philanthropic activities.
• Lead division operations, staffing, scheduling and productivity management.
• Coordinate education programs, including fellowship and training requirements.
• Ensure regulatory, accreditation and compliance across division activities.
