Job summary

Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is seeking a compassionate Weekend Pediatric Caregiver to support a school-age child on Saturdays and Sundays, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, in Columbia, MO. You will provide hands-on care, encouragement, and companionship to create a safe, structured home environment and a meaningful weekend routine for the family.

This role offers a consistent weekend schedule with weekly pay, paid training, and benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle with current auto insurance.
• Direct caregiving or child-care experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and a drug test.

Phoenix Home Care is looking for a compassionate and dependable caregiver to provide one-on-one support for a school-age pediatric client on weekends. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants a consistent weekend schedule while making a meaningful difference for a child and their family.

You’ll provide hands-on support, encouragement, and companionship while helping create a safe, structured, and positive home environment.

Schedule

• Saturday & Sunday
• 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
  Pay
• $17/hour
• Weekly pay
• Weekend shift differential paid for all hours worked on Saturday and Sunday
