Job summary

Phoenix Home Care and Hospice in Columbia, MO is seeking a compassionate, dependable pediatric caregiver for before and after school one-on-one support. You’ll help with morning routines, supervision, and activities to ensure a safe, engaging environment for a school-age child while providing peace of mind to the family.

The role offers a reliable weekday schedule Monday–Friday with morning and after-school shifts, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance.
• Direct support or caregiving experience preferred.
• Experience working with children with autism is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Phoenix Home Care is looking for a compassionate, dependable caregiver to provide one-on-one support for a school-age pediatric client before and after school. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to make a meaningful difference in a family's daily life. By helping with morning routines and providing support after school, you'll give this child the consistency they need and provide peace of mind for their family. Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• 7:00 AM-8:30 AM
• 3:30 PM-9:00 PM

Pay

• $17/hour
• Weekly pay
