Job summary

Phoenix Home Care is seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide one-on-one support for a school-age pediatric client before and after school in Columbia, MO. You will help with morning routines, supervise after-school activities, and foster a positive, safe home environment for the child and family.

The role offers a weekday schedule (Mon-Fri), with hours in the morning and after-school evenings. Pay is $17/hour with weekly pay, paid training, and benefits as eligible.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance.
• Direct support or caregiving experience preferred.
• Experience with children with autism is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.

• 7:00 AM-8:30 AM
