Job summary

Phoenix Home Care is seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide one-on-one support for a school-age pediatric client before and after school in Columbia, MO. Join a team dedicated to helping families with morning routines and after-school care while building trust and ensuring safety.

You’ll support daily living activities as needed, promote positive engagement, and contribute to a stable, caring home environment. Requires reliability, patience and a passion for helping children.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance.
• Direct support or caregiving experience preferred.
• Experience working with children with autism is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Phoenix Home Care is looking for a compassionate, dependable caregiver to provide one-on-one support for a school-age pediatric client before and after school. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to make a meaningful difference in a family's daily life.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• 7:00 AM-8:30 AM
• 3:30 PM-9:00 PM

Pay

• $17/hour
• Weekly pay
