Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• PM experience in healthcare IT with internal and external audiences.
• Vendor management experience.
• Experience with Agile/Waterfall and multi-stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end management of complex programs, defining scope, goals, deliverables, resources, and budget.
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and project plans.
• Act as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders, providing regular updates on status, risks, and mitigations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and manage dependencies between projects.
• Implement best practices for program management across the IS department.
• Identify risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies.
• Provide mentorship to junior project managers.
• Monitor and report program KPIs to senior leadership.
• Support vendor selection and management when required.
• Align program strategies with the IS roadmap and business objectives.
