Job summary

Boston Children’s Hospital in Cambridge, MA is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join the Dialysis Unit. You will provide dialysis care to pediatric patients from neonates to adolescents and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires a BSN, at least 1 year of RN experience, and pediatric or inpatient dialysis experience preferred. You will work 40 hours weekly with 10-hour shifts, and participate in on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience.
• Dialysis experience preferred (adult or pediatric).
• Pediatric inpatient experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide dialysis care across inpatient units, all ICU’s and chronic outpatient unit.
• Educate patients and families about dialysis.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
