Job summary

Advocate Health Care in Concord, NC, is hiring a pediatric/ developmental nurse for the Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics program. The role focuses on coordinating patient care, education, and research activities within a 40-hour workweek.

The ideal candidate has pediatric or behavioral health nursing experience, a NC RN license, and a current BLS certification, with an associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing.

Qualifications

• Pediatric, behavioral health, or developmental nursing experience of any length.
• General nursing experience of at least 1 year (excluding schooling/practicum).
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Current NC RN license with active, unrestricted license.
• Active BLS certification required.
• Associate Degree in Nursing required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the clinical care of patients being evaluated for and/or in the program, including research activities and education.
• Coordinates clinical care across the program using pathways and tools to ensure high-quality, cost-effective continuity of care for all patients.
