Job summary

Qualifications

• Pediatric, behavioral health, or developmental nursing experience.
• General nursing experience of at least 1 year.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; NC RN license active.
• Active and current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the clinical care of patients evaluated for participation in the program and ongoing care.
• Coordinates care throughout the program using pathways and tools to ensure high quality, cost-effective continuity of care.
