Advocate Health’s Ambulatory Nursing team in Greater Charlotte seeks a Registered Nurse with pediatric experience to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in an ambulatory setting. This role emphasizes collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and advocacy for patient needs.

RN license in the practicing state is required; BSN is preferred, with BLS (and PALS as a plus) to support optimal pediatric outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Minimum of one year of RN experience in an acute care setting.
• Pediatric experience required, triage experience preferred if possible.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by the American Heart Association.
• PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Ambulatory and Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality, patient-centered care through evidence-based practice, clinical expertise, and compassionate care delivery in an ambulatory care setting.
