Job summary

Brenner Children's Hospital in Winston Salem, NC is seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics outpatient team. The role features 40-hour weeks, M-F schedule, and full-time status in a thriving pediatric setting.

Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant Program; Master's Degree preferred.
Current North Carolina Medical Board Medical License, NCCPA certification.
Minimum of one year of experience in a pediatric environment.
Autism Diagnostic Observation Scale (ADOS) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct intakes, examinations, and evaluations in medical settings.
Collaborate with the medical team for team-based care.
Order and interpret labs and diagnostic procedures.
Explain procedures to patients and families; perform department-guided procedures.
Possibility to precept students or medical learners; uphold mission and values.
